All orders are shipped directly from our gallery studio in Limburg, Germany. We use UPS® Express for all shipments to ensure your artwork arrives safely and quickly.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and package your artwork for shipment. You will receive a notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

We want your experience to be seamless. For all international orders (including the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia), we cover all import duties and taxes.

The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Damages & Issues

All artworks are insured during transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
